Energy Audits

Washington State Senate Bill 5854 requires all commercial space leased by state agencies to meet an Energy Star rating of 75 or better. The first step in meeting that requirement is to perform an energy audit of your building. Rain City Solar and Robison Engineering are qualified to perform these audits and will provide you with a cost/benefit analysis of the various ways you can improve your building’s efficiency.
